I don't think it's either... 

However, I will say that it is more like a bus than a train in the sense that a plane and a bus *could* go anywhere, but a train is limited to the tracks.

Gluten free bread is the size of the palm of your hand and costs like $8 a loaf. Half the gluten free pasta falls apart. I probably should have picked other, because I do eat a lot of tortillas lol. But rice is a staple.
