  1. I don't watch cycling but I like to explore my city and surrounding countryside by bike at a casual pace. I used to do 100-150km but I'm a bit out of shape and don't have as much time now so I do more like 30-60km rides these days.

Italy did 206886 tests and found 47021 positives

US did 54205 tests and found 15219 positives

We have 227 positives every 1000 tests, for US is 280

You guys have 6 times our population and 1/4 of our tests but higher % of positives, not good

This is more up to date.

12.7% positives and 182k tests for the US.

Still not that good though compared to countries like South Korea or even here in Canada but they're improving.

Totally not California by Phantom Planet

Damn I didn't realize that song was sampling another one, and so heavily too. That's pretty common in hip hop, Regulate also samples, with I Keep Forgettin by Michael McDonald, which is itself sampling I Keep Forgettin by Chuck Jackson. I think sampling is fine though if the new song uses the sample in an interesting way or makes some interesting changes which I feel both of those songs do. K-Os doesn't sample that often though since he's more of a musician than other hip hop artists so that's why I didn't expect the song to be sampling so much.

Why couldn't this song have been the one to go viral instead of Call Me, Maybe? This is so much better.

It's still her most popular song on last.fm, even now, four years after Run Away With Me was released.

Call Me Maybe was released in 2011, which was four years before Run Away With Me so maybe it was just a case of what music was popular at the time? 2010-2012 had a lot of fun upbeat songs, that's when Katy Perry was at the peak of her career. In 2015-2016 when Run Away With Me was released, music was more serious and political imo.

She's not much of a celebrity either (and I'm not sure she wants to be) which makes it harder to score a huge hit. I think she should have released Run Away With Me as the lead single of her 2015 album EMOTION instead of I Really Like You too, people were probably still burnt out from Call Me Maybe's overplay and I Really Like You wasn't any different and arguably not even as good, so it flopped and probably killed a lot of momentum the album could've had going for it.

Still, it's not often radio gets an opportunity to play such a good song so you'd think they'd still give it a chance.
