On the first part, I want to become a nation that is both strong in its military and general upkeep. As in i want to develop it further by taking on projects… this game provides opportunities to learn more about management so i would like to make full use of that. Right now im a young nation having played only 40 days or so and infra-structurally isnt that great. The main reason ive joined this alliance is to obtain guidance and also to have fun

In my belief, a good alliance is one that prioritises the needs of all its members, and gives due importance. Not saying that you need you shift all your focus to your members that are new or slightly weaker that others, but to provide adequate help as needed. As to what makes a good member, its someone who is enthusiastic and proactive in activities and is willing to support others even if they dont get the best of benefits from helping.
