I plan to become a strong and powerful nation. Though I do intend to upkeep a strong military, I am not a barbarian. I would prefer to handle disputed peacefully, if I can. When diplomacy fails, then i will retaliate with force. I am seeking guidance on how to better grow and possible financial aid, if available. 

A good alliance works together. One of the main signs of a good alliance is activity. Having members to converse and plan with. I would expect a good alliance to listen to its members as well as its leadership. I believe that every member of the alliance should have some form of responsibility that should be carried out under the direction of an assigned leader. Thus keeping all parties involved engaged. As for a good member, activity is key. They should be active as well as engaged in the goals of the alliance.

I have played games similar to this. Though less complex. I have had success in my endeavors before. I have been a long term member of some alliances as well as powerful leader in others. I am quite adept in communication with foreign parties. I rather hope that I may be able to exercise some of those skills here as well.

I am, with some advise on what and how to accomplish this.

I briefly dabbled with nation states. I had no alliances.

I received your recruitment email, I did some research into some other alliances and was not impressed with their hierarchy and method of management. I am hoping that this will be a better fit. .

I will most likely play on and off through out the day, mostly while I am at work or in the evenings.
