1 even though i have been playing for almost 2 months i still am figuring that out. i would to like help new people if possible 

2 having good trust between members and having fun.and what make a good member is being dedicated to the Alliance

3 i have no idea but i would figure that out as i assisting in the alliance and i always bring 100% into what ever i am doing.
