So I am a massive 40k/tabletop nerd. Over lockdown I have been planning a gaming table for use with family and friends.
The board measures at 4ft by 10ft in size. There are two steel L-brackets that run the entire length of the board to give it rigitity.
The playing field I bought was too small for the board so I decided that the leftover space can be used as a staging area for books and armies and such.
Phase 2 of the project is to create a winch and gear system to allow the table to lift to the ceiling out of the way. But first I need to cut and fabricate my own gearing system.
