I'll kick off the discussion. I really love Kaladin because I can identify a lot with his mentality and ideals (for better or for worse :P). I find him really relatable. Also, flying is pretty cool. #WindrunnersBestOrder

I love love love Shallon she's great, so good at seeing the world in a different yet astounding ways.

I empathize a lot with Kaladin, his up and downs, good days and hard to live through ones.

Maybe my favorite character in Rhythm of War is Navani, a bit of a weird choice for me, but she is so powerful in the way she reacts to her life. She's had it far from easy despite not have super dramatic (comparatively) things happen in her life, and feels perhaps the most real person. 

In conclusion, I really couldn't tell you one for sure, as the more I read the more these amazing people come to life and change the way I see life, but I think that's the sign of a good author, to make characters so complex and beautifully flawed the reader cares for everyone, even Moash, although I sorta hate him too.

As far as in the books Lightweavers are the best by far.

However I also love Willshapers, Elsecallers, and Edgedancers.

I mean yeah but like that's it, also so can Skybreakers. I think a lot of people like Windrunners because Kaladin's awesome.
