The type of Nation I want to become is one where the people are free to do most things that they want, almost like anarchy but with laws that prevent thing like killing others or stealing. The people will be a part of deciding if we go to war. They are to be heard on every matter. The Government will remain in power but will be almost equals to that of the people. They will choose their leader. 

A good alliance is one where nobody breaks the deals of that alliance or goes behind the others back. All involved parties should be told about anything important that happens in the others, them going to war or planning on leaving. A good member is one who will protect the fellow members of the alliance and someone who will ensure they are helping the alliance in any way possible.

Currently I am just getting started so I do not have much but I can bring another opinion as well as more people/soldiers in the case of war against someone.
