Depends on situation and resources. Most probably I will say yes, its a rare chance of saying no.

•What can you bring into TKR? Why would we want to accept you? War support and guidance for newcomers

•What makes a good alliance and what makes a good member? The one who helps in development and protection of a nation is a good alliance and the one develops itself and contribute to alliance is a good member.
