I cannot see a Nuke Treaty happening on Orbis. The world is divided into two spheres. Both of which hate each other's guts. No one is giving away their defensive capabilities. Not to mention that it's the only thing our enemies know how to do other than naval battles   All we have to do is make our food req's high enough to last through say 60days and nukes wouldn't be a problem. The real question should be, how else is Alex going to try and cripple our military in order to further push the Politics side of the game?
