I think bugs generally fall into one of two categories: (1) bugs that make the game functionally unplayable, and (2) bugs that make the game annoying to play. In the latter category, this latest bug with the in-game notifications is rapidly approaching a 5 on my personal 1-5 scale.

English is my native language. I can speak enough Spanish and Italian to use a taxi, check in to a hotel, or order a meal at a restaurant, but that's about it. It's on my ever-growing to-do list to become proficient in a second language, but it's too easy to de-prioritize when life starts to get busy.

I must admit, I do tend to double- and triple-check my posts in the various Marketplace threads to make sure that I'm following all of the processes correctly. @Mitsuru is diligent in his management of our programs, in a manner that motivates me to avoid annoying him. 

I would either place my nation into VM or delete it outright. I started playing Politics & War because I wanted to be part of an active, friendly community that transcends the game itself. I cannot imagine that any other alliance's community comes close to matching what TKR has built through the care, hard work, and dedication of its members. To go anywhere else would feel like several steps in the wrong direction, or settling for less than the best.
