I Didn't understand the question

Imma explain. So here in this alliance, we do need you to stockpile a certain amount of resources and money in case anything goes wrong in your country or in the alliance. You are also required to have a certain amount of military strength. So this question asks if you are willing to save up that required stockpile.

Slack is a secure meeting site used by business teams and universities across the world, its safe and I don't think you need to participate in any voice calls (I was told so). Maybe talk with your parents about this?
