@Miller actually hit on it exactly. What kind of piracy? Are we just talking media, or are we broadening the scope to the actual definition of the word? And, to expand on that, *where* are you (as in the person answering the question)... these are factors.

I went from NYC and New England, where they know how to deal with (and properly enjoy) snow, to the MD/DC area, where an inch of snow SHUTS EVERYTHING DOWN.
