And who believes in Ghosts? Its like those who believe that Extra terrestials exists even though they do not. Everything is part of the human imagination; wild imagination.

It is a mathematic certainty that there are extra terrestrials.  They may not be little green men from mars, and they may not be be a technological civilization such as ours,  and they may be single celled organisms, but it is a certainty that they did exist in the past, or exist now, just on our small sample of how life functions on this particular unremarkable mudball.  The sad reality is that we will probably never find any of them in all our coming history.  Unless someone can power FTL.

  2. I've touched on this topic before, and shown the images I speak of here, that being said......I was firmly in the "does not exist" category until I went to Gettysburg.  I have photographs from that place, taken from The Angle  that I would love a rational explination of a human being moving into, through, and out of a 3/4 wide, mile long field in the shutter speed of a cannon rebel.

  3. It's no more weird to them than a dead guy nailed to several pieces of wood, a flying spaghetti monster or literal god damn flying space ships with death rays and city destroying arrows, No seriously, at that last one, some of the sacred hindu books read like the craziest sci-fi you have ever read.

Humanity has always had a strange fascination with trying to interpret the divine.  As long as you can practice whatever invisible friend you haves worship in peace, and you are not harming anyone, good for you.

  4. Our house was hit by ball lightning when I was young, went right through my bedroom, blew every outlet off the walls.  Hell of a thing to wake up to.  While it didn't strike me directly, I can still remember the feeling in the air on my skin, and I was struck by several shards of wall outlets. That's close enough in my book.  Was a hell of a clean up cause it trashed *all* the wiring (house was over a hundred years old).

Ok, is this some kind of western joke im too asian to get? what kind of potato rabbit hole did I just stumbled upon?

No its not a joke.  Its a eastern European thing.  Specifically in my case I am aware of them because of my Great Grandmother making them when I was little, like her Grandmother did in Poland.  But lots of other countries make pancakes out of potatos.

...Do I really need to ask what the hell a potato waffle is?

Kind of like a potato pancake but people usually dress them like a baked potato instead of syrup.  Chives, sour cream, cheese, bacon, etc.  Don't forget waffle fries too.
