Application denied. We wish you luck finding a new home but don't think TKR will be the right fit.

Only got the one, but it's damn perfect.

Am I a complete nerd whose first attempt at developing a memory palace was to memorize the first 200 digits of pi? Maybe. I definitely don't remember 200 but probably somewhere around 50.

I imagine it exactly how PETA says we should: "Feed two birds with one scone"

By the time I moved out of my childhood home, I had lost the habit of carrying house keys around, since our door could be unlocked with a keypad. So naturally, when I moved out I quickly found myself locked out of my apartment. I had left the house without my keys, and my bf left later and locked up to go to work (he worked evenings back then). I got home and realized I was locked out. I had to go back downtown to my bf's office to get his keys. Haven't forgotten my keys once since then.

Very cool poll idea @Novax25! I was not familiar with any of these positions (and truthfully just assumed everyone held writing implements like I do), but apparently I'm in the minority as a dynamic quadrupod.

Definitely prefer being too cold than too warm, within reason.

@IndgerI love Elvast but he does not meet the criteria for best newcomer. His nation is from early 2021.

Update: I just pulled out my old cube because I was curious to see how slow I am these days. Took me 94 seconds, so I guess I was wrong in my post above.

In elementary school, we had a mandatory 30-minute reading period every day after lunch. I wasn't as much of a reader back then as I am now, but my 5th grade teacher made an exception to the reading rule for students who wanted to play with a Rubik's cube instead. So it was during that year that my best friend and I learned how to solve it. He caught on much more quickly than I did and halfway through the year was already solving it in under a minute. I never managed to reach his speed and haven't really touched a Rubik's cube in years, but I think I could probably still solve one in under 90 seconds. My record is 37 seconds but I have no trouble admitting I got very lucky with that lol

Invalid poll. I did not see Ottawa among the options.

Wheels, obviously. I'll let this guy explain it:

Option #2 for me, for the obvious reasons stated above; I intend to live more than 4 more years. Alternatively, can I get $1 every time @Blink beiges someone? I feel like that'd be even more lucrative.

Heck I didn't even want to do it for 250k/year. Definitely wouldn't do it for just one lump sum.

Have you played Politics & War on a previous nation before? Yes.
Do you owe anything (money, resources, etc.) to anybody in the game? No.Are you interviewing on Discord? (Y/N): No, on the forums.
Recruited by: Add and Alliance leaderboard status.Hey! Your nation link should include your nation ID. For example, mine is https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=298035
Would you mind just fixing that so our IA team can process your application when they come along shortly? Thanks!

Traders just take advantage of arbitrage opportunities and I don't see anything inherently wrong with it, so I believe their impact on the game is mostly neutral. That said, some of them manipulate the market to keep prices artificially high when they've stockpiled a lot of a specific resource and while that benefits the handful of other players who are also selling that resource, it hurts the masses who are trying to purchase it. Case in point: certain traders are currently inflating the price of lead by making buy offers several hundred ppu higher than the other buy offers on the market, just to keep the prices high while they sit on stockpiles they wish to liquidate. In that particular type of situation, it hurts most of the game while only benefiting a handful of traders.

@Indger can you add the reasons for the nominations for this award? So we know what each person is nominated for.

Credit for the points/cashback, but only because I pay it off every month. Credit card interest rates are crazy
