    No love for American Beauty?

Also Dogma was really fun and Mystery Men is underrated.

I enjoyed Matrix, Dogma, Fight Club, John Malkovich, Three Kings, Sleepy Hollow, and The Green Mile but Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels was awesome.

Toy Story 2 and Iron Giant were hard to choose between but I think the other two Toy Story movies were stronger and Iron Giant is a gem.

  2. France won some wars with Tuscany in Italy, cementing Tuscany's place as the premier Italian power after Austria hit Genoa, Tuscany and France's mutual ally. France colonized Louisiana and expanded Colombia. France has also been preparing for war with Portugal over Mexico as well as expanding into Piedmontese territories. Ended session with a war on Castille to retake Labourd and restore proper French control to the south. Furthermore, France built up a navy and has built up its infrastructure to lower state maintenance which has led to a economic recovery after 100 years of poverty and difficulty. 3. I had 2000 ducats in loans to pay, 25 stack religious rebels popping up every 2 months (still do), I constantly lose wars, and I'm barely even a major power. Also, those are pretender rebels. They'll just replace your monarch if you lose. You'll lose legitimacy and some prestige. You'll still be in position to be a great European power and the wealth to be the major colonial power.

What I'm trying to get across is... [shames emperorpenguin to continue playing Castille]

  4. I lost Labourd in my war versus Castillo. Also emp don't give up so easily to pick up another strong nation to mess with me. I lost hard to Burgundy compared to how hard you are losing now! It seems somewhat ridiculous to pick Burgundy after a white peace and a minor rebel problem.

  5. Algeria congratulates President Sargun on his victory and on another successful democratic election by the United States. President Al-Tariq is hopeful the US will increase its counter-terrorist efforts in the Maghreb against Al'Qaeda and Ansar Dine.

  6. Algeria states that the members of the Arab League are all free to pursue their own independent foreign policy without interference from other states and that the Arab league will continue to function to increase Arab cooperation and promotion of Arab culture and ties between member states regardless of military alliances. However, Algeria is hopeful that recent developments leads in increased cooperation in combating terrorism in the region.

  7. Algeria must respectfully deny cutting ties with the Arab League for Algeria is an Arab state. It must be reminded that Turkey and Iran are not part of the Arab League, but that there are concerns the EF views the Arab League as a hostile entity and encourages regional organizations to foster cooperation rather than petty disputes for the good of the people across the Mediterranean. Algeria has historically had friendly ties and excellent economic relationships with Southern Europe and wishes to continue to enjoy friendship and cooperation, but not at the expense of Algeria's brotherhood with fellow Arabs.

  8. The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria supports a unified, secular Cyprus that represents the interests of both Greek and Turkish communities on the island. It is the full belief of Algeria that it is important for the future of all Cypriots that a unified country is achieved and measures are taken to represent the interests of all people on the island irrespective of the machinations and manipulations of powers who wish to support only one community over the other. President Al-Tariq urged a calm, peaceful resolution to be drawn up with international mediators.

  9. President Saif ibn Muammar  Al-Tariq of Algeria sends his congratulations to the member states of the Pan-Islamic State for taking such a bold measure in unifying the people's of the Middle East and Fertile Crescent. He has sent his regards to the Directorate and vows to work closely with the P.I.S. to foster closer economic ties and agreements on matters such as establishing a fair price for oil and petroleum products that numerous states in the North Africa and the Middle East region produce. Al-Tariq made an announcement stating it was vital extremism is combated and that a unified effort would go a long way in fighting against violent ideologies. Algeria understands from our own civil war with jihadists and their sympathizers that the scourge of terrorism must be fought across the world and that the P.I.S. and other Muslim states across the world has the responsibility, capacity, and means in leading the effort to combat extremists across the world.

  10. The Algerian state supports any initiative to support and foster closer pan-African ties to resolve numerous issues relevant to states across Africa. Algeria sees several fields that Africa as a whole can work together on in establishing a strong rapport and support for one another.

    1) Support for African states against non-state actors attempting to undermine the authority of United Nations recognized governments.

    2) Support for the Great Green Wall of Africa Initiative as well as the North African Anti-Desertification Initiative to combat loss of arable land to the Sahara Desert

    3) Support the rightful independence of the Sahrawi Arab Republic, mostly occupied by the Kingdom of Morocco - who left the African Union after realizing few would accept their illegal claims to their territory.

    4) Funding to the African Union Ministry of Transportation and Commerce in order to support governments efforts to build infrastructure such as paved roads and rail service to increase inter-African commerce and trade.

    5) Increased support among African states to ensure the economies and countries are less dependent upon international powers outside of the continent.

    6) United opposition to terrorist groups such as Al-Shabab, Boko Haram, Al'Qaeda in the Mahgreb, and other Salafist groups that affect states including but not limited to: Algeria, Mali, Libya, Niger,Cameroon, and many others.

    7) Unified support for common interests at the table of the United Nations

    8) Decreased tariffs and duties between African states to encourage more inter-African dependency rather than relying heavily on former colonial states

  11. Algeria presses for United Nations observers be placed in the affected areas to ensure the human rights of the people affected by the war are protected and not violated during the course of the conflict. The Algerian ambassador to India has stated, "The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria wishes to ensure the safety and prosperity of people across the world and hope for an end to military actions as soon as possible as well as for India to take a responsible role for the people affected by the conflict and ensure that refugees caused by the war are given the necessary protections and support." Overall, Algerian protest has softened somewhat but the territory acquisitions remain unrecognized as legal.

  12. The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria asserts that the violation of a state's territorial integrity is the greatest violation one could commit. All involved parties are encouraged to utilize peaceful means to achieve a lasting solution to any disagreement and conflict. Furthermore, Algiers has been offered as grounds for mediation should the Ottoman Empire and the European Federation be in favor of a neutral ground for peaceful negotiations. With conflicts raging elsewhere in the world, Algeria hopes not to allow another migrant and refugee crisis in a time already wrought with difficulty for many parts of the globe.

  13. The Algerian government released a statement thanking private and foreign investors for their aid in efforts to increase the use of drinkable water in Algeria and the North African region. It has announced that it is in talks with the TGR and Russia on increasing funding and research into more efficient methods and new technology to enhance current processes. Cooperation between Egypt and Algeria is said to be in the works alongside Tunisia and Libya in what may amount to a joint North African venture in increasing these countries' access to local water sources and rely less upon imports.
