  1. The Turkish Army is on RED ALERT.

The army of the Aegean moves to the port of Antalya.

The 1st Turkish Army, currently operating in Syria is massing at Tartus & Jablah.

The P.I.S. Directorate is preparing to mobilize the P.I.S. Army for defensive operations. All foreign Military bases in P.I.S. territories are under military observation.

    THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

  2. We wait to see what the US is proposing about Cyprus.

We remind the US that Northern Cyprus is P.I.S. sovereign land.

We also bring to your attention our MDP with the AHA - the World's greatest Hyperpower.

    Signed

  3. The P.I.S. Voted democratically not to join - that means Saudi Arabia voted against this. It is not then going to decide to leave. P.I.S. is under my control, EP is here to moderate. P.I.S. is like the US considered as one unified nation, and individual nations do not trade abroad unless backed by the Directorate.

It is a RP policy instigated by you that already invalidated those IRL trade deals. They therefore no longer apply - you got rid of them with this treaty, as you already claim to have with China. In RP we decide to replace those deals with the AHA. Issue resolved.

Saudi Arabia is not a neutral nation, it is a P.I.S. founder member and the US can not just call in to remove nations, anymore than P.I.S. can ask that European countries dependent on Saudi oil can function without it . This is not a moderator issue, and shall be contested.

Note that no other alliance in the World has signed this treaty. It is widely ignored. Do they all lose their nations too?

Now, back to the RP, we refer you to our previous response of negotiation :)

  4. Saudi Arabia is the leader of OPEC...so good luck trading with OPEC member Venezuela.

We have recently conducted an oil investigation and the combined usage of oil from US member states produces a massive shortage so it is not feasible.

If the US continues, we will simply replace all trade deals with the vastly larger AHA.

No nation of the P.I.S. will leave...Saudi Arabia is a founding member. The P.I.S. is not dependent on the US.

We do not appreciate such empty threats. We only wished to conduct trade with the US as we had before. We do not like the military clauses that are placed in an economic treaty.

  5. Ties do not mean MDP pacts that is explicit in the treaty!

Too many of the clauses are only favourable to the US and not the signatories.

The P.I.S. will not sign this treaty. We will import from elsewhere unless:

1 - The Treaty is Scrapped.

2 - (or) P.I.S. can negotiate on issues with the treaty.

3 - (or) The P.I.S. can trade with the US without signing this treaty

  6. We look forward to working with RR, it is always good to have friends in Europe at a time when Europe becomes more and more distant to The Middle East.

  7. In light of current world events and the divine will of Allah (EP) emissaries from Qatar and U.A.E have asked to join the P.I.S.

After much rangling and opposition chiefly voiced by Saudi Arabia, the Directorate have accepted the offer.

They are bound to the same terms as other P.I.S. states, however they are not yet accepted to sit on the Directorate.

  8. We understand. Both sides need to be bound to some kind of nuclear agreement (and their use should at least need Moderation clearance).

We hope that Russia and The Sino Republic will agree to some form of nuclear terms.

    Signed

  9. Activating Nukes in an MDP situation should only be a last resort-  however the agressor is trigerring the pact and should know the risks.

The P.I.S. does also not see any situation in which Nuclear Weapons would be useful other than as a deterrent. Both the US and AHA have enough warheads to destroy each other should either side use them - negating their offensive use already.

  10. The P.I.S. Directorate invites all known nations of the World to a summit to discuss the use of nuclear weaponry.

    Our initial proposal is thus:

We would like all members of the World to make offensive use of Nuclear Weaponry ILLEGAL.

Nuclear Weaponry may still be allowed defensively to protect sovereignty of nations, alliances and protectorates.

The P.I.S. operates with a strictly NO-NUKES policy. We want the world to work towards nuclear disarmament.

We invite the world to discussion on this matter, at a time of increased tensions between the Superpowers of the East and the West.

    Signed

    The P.I.S. Directorate`

  11. It is critical that we speak. We are disappointed with the merging of the US & the EF. We must start again from the ground up. If you officially recognize Northern Cyprus as P.I.S. territory, sovereign to Turkey, then we can resume negotiations.

    Signed

    The P.I.S. Directorate

  12. The P.I.S. find it strange that after just recently building bridges with the US that they decide to tear them down!

The US was fully aware of the conditions of the MDP, yet now is merged with that anti-Islamist EF officially! Will you pressure the EF to change their policies?

It seems strange that the US should wish for the P.I.S. to look eastward rather than west, as such actions will surely trigger.

    Signed

    The P.I.S. Directorate

  13. BREAKING NEWS

The P.I.S. Directorate have released the following statement:

"Today, the P.I.S. Directorate has voted unanimously in favour of an MDP with the United States of America and Australia. The Directorate negotiated the terms in Ankara today, and we have been given strict unbreakable promises that P.I.S. neutrality in The Middle East Theater will be respected. Relationships that broke down when the US declared Islam illegal are starting to be rebuilt. We respect that the US reversed it's racist policy and it is on that condition that the MDP stands. Should that tenant ever be broken again we shall consider the MDP null and void. The P.I.S. will begin talking with the US about negotiated arms and oil trading between our two unified states. The US has expressed a great interest in helping develop the infastructure of P.I.S. member states, which is one of the most critical elements of our agenda.

We must clarify that such a deal does not extend to the NAA as a whole. The EF has continued it's racist policies and ideologies and the P.I.S. will trade with EF member nations indefinitely. We shall see how they cling to these policies when they run out oil.

We also use this opportunity to appeal to the rest of the known world. The P.I.S. is a moderate but powerful nation, and we will negotiate with any nation provided they do not hold distinct ideological differences.

  16. The P.I.S. extends warm overtures to the historic nation of Algeria.

If representatives will meet with the P.I.S. in Riyadh I am sure we can come to various agreements that will be prosperous to two such proud Islamic States.

Be clear on this matter, we will offer Algeria our unilateral support militarily, diplomatically and economically should the increasingly anti-Islamic EF invringe Algeria's sovereignty.

    Signed

    The P.I.S. Directorate

  17. We appreciate the US cooperation on these matters.

We understand that the US is cautious when it comes to dealing arms - it is however the greatest producer of arms in the world in terms of variety - and if we are buying them off you, it means that we are not buying them elsewhere.

We will submit our request to the US after initial military spending has been announced later today.

We will also announce our treaty to the World later on today.

    Signed

  18. P.I.S. would like to sign an MDP pact with the USA & Australia.

We only do not wish to sign a MDoAP as we not not wish to interfere with affairs abroad in acts of aggression and wish to remain neutral. We feel this is perfectly reasonable. We would rather sign a Declaration of Neutrality with the US.

P.I.S. as a whole does not have the greatest infastructure to creat military equipment vital in mantaining neutrality. Would the US be interested in trading arms? We can offer money, oil & pro-US treaties in return. If you are willing, we shall later submit an arms proposal to the US.

We appreciate that the US is the first superpower to respond to our outreaches, so this would be a key time for the US to make great ties with P.I.S.

  19. This is the P.I.S. Embassy to China, Mongolia and Iran - The Sino Republic.

We recognise that The Sino Republic is a Great Power, and we wish to enter economic and diplomatic nations with the Sino Republic in the near future.

We recognise the friendliness extended between the Former Grand Ottoman Empire & The AHA and wish to stay on such terms as an independent Unified State.

  20. We remind you that PIS nations are One State as agreed by EP. They do not have the right to conduct individual FA and Economic deals. P.I.S is run by a Directorate of 7 State Leaders who vote on all such matters. Domestc affairs are sorted by individual P I.S states as long as they are inkeeping with our ideals.

  21. The P.I.S. acknowledges the fact that TGR does indeed have some influence in Southern Africa, it is unlikely that Africa would unify as a whole as the North is Pro-Islamic. The reasons given are too vague and not justification for a fully unified Africa.

P.I.S. has no designs in particular on Africa, however it promotes strong Independent Islamic States such as:

    • Algeria (already a functioning International power)
    • Chad
    • Comoros
    • Djibouti
    • Egypt (Russian Ally & AHA Member)
    • Eritrea
    • Gambia
    • Guinea
    • Libya
    • Mali
    • Morocco
    • Niger
    • Nigeria (split)
    • Sierra Leone
    • Somalia
    • Sudan
    • Tanzania (Split)
    • Ivory Coast (35%-40% Muslim)
    • Tunisia

We support all of these States as Independent or pre-Allied entities diplomatically, economically and militarily.
