We thank Russia for their praise, we hope that we can work with Russia in the near future.

To conduct economic and diplomatic ties, please come forward. We have also updated our Military statistics as to be completely transparent with all World Nations.

  2. PAN ISLAMIC STATE

The Pan Islamic State was created amidst rising tensions in the Muslim world, caused by several major nations of the world declaring Islam to be illegal. What was formerly known as The Grand Ottoman Empire has been amalgamated into the new Pan Islamic State. At the Middle East summit, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen & Oman joined together to for the P.I.S. Lebanon, U.A.E, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait did not join for various reasons, political, religious & economic.

Whilst we promote Islam, we do not seek to spread Islamic Extremism to the world - we wish to create a respected economic world superpower. We wish to trade with the World at large, and improve the infrastructure of our founding nations with our new found economic and diplomatic wealth.

    GOVERNANCE

The government of States is split into to distinct categories:

    REGIONAL

The states that comprise P.I.S. are self governed as prior to the P.I.S. agreement. That said they must conform to the overall ideals of P.I.S. as a whole - the betterment of their nations infrastructure.

    STATE

P.I.S. is run by a State Directorate. The leader of each State has 1 Vote each. All foreign relations (economic and military) and policy is set by the Directorate. All decisions must be agreed by a minimum 5-2 majority. The leaders of Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Iraq have the right to VETO however.

The State is run from the administrative capitals of Ankara and  Riyadh. Istanbul is the economic capital of P.I.S.

The Directorate is made up of:

    President Erdogan (Turkey)

    President Assad (Syria)

    King Abdullah II (Jordan)

    Sultan Qaboos (Oman)

    President Sammad (Yemen)

    President Masum (Iraq)

    King Salman (Saudi Arabia)

Not all P.I.S. Leaders are required to be democratically elected, however in countries that do democratically vote it will impact the Directorate as well (i.e. Assad, Erdogan, Sammad & Masum can be voted out and replaced in their local regions).

    Army

Whilst each member state has the right to its own army, the P.I.S. has a combined State Army, based throughout its regions which can be mobilized against any external threats. Every State contributes a certain quota of troops and resources, and the commanders are voted for by the Directorate.

    World View

The P.I.S. has a large quantity of the world's oil, and thus is an economic superpower. It is open to trade with most nations.

P.I.S. recognizes the sovereignty of Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, U.A.E and Bahrain, however leaves the door open for them to join P.I.S. should they wish.

P.I.S. has no military plan for expansion, however it will protect its local interests with force if needed.

We also seek to import goods, chiefly arms, automobiles and technology from around the World.

We are dedicated in our stance AGAINST Islamic Extremism and practice moderate Islamic practices and customs in keeping with local regions. Terrorism will not be tolerated or supported any longer by P.I.S. States.

We are Islamic States therefore we follow Islamic Laws. Christians, Jews and other minorities are bound to Islamic State Law and we recommend that they leave the area as we cannot guarantee their safety.

    World Relations

EF - P.I.S. will not trade or deal with the EF while it continues to practice anti-Islamic policies. We will support it's enemies in diplomatic and economic matters.

USA - Whilst there is a general unease with the West and certain anti-Islamic policies, since rescinded, we recognize the US as a potential major trade partner and will listen to any offers from the US, providing they remain neutral in The Middle East.

AHA - The AHA contains two strong Islamic Nations (Egypt & Iran) and TGOE was formerly an AHA member State, and so naturally we remain friendly with the AHA. We are open to any economic and trade deals with AHA members - although we are strictly neutral in global military affairs should it mobilize against the US.

Cyprus - We still recognise Northern Cyprus as a soverign Turkish State.

Israel - We remain entirely neutral toward Israel provided it does not act as an aggressor or exacerbate the Palestine conflict.

R.O.W. - We are open to deals with the World at Large, provided they do not have an anti P.I.S. or Islamic stance.

  3. The delegation from Saudi Arabia stand. Will they also leave?

    "How foolish..."

The room is now completely silent.

"How foolish to walk out of such historic talks. Small minded nations. What we have here is an opportunity. For years both West and East have wanted to trade with us, always with the threat of armed force. And we have traded with them, yes. But a unified Islamic League shifts the balance of power. We can trade with who we like without threat of foreign interference, we will boast a combined force that is free from the worry of the East and West. Surely this is the golden age of Islam? We pledge our votes 8-2 FOR the league.

Such is the clamour and noise that when Oman and Yemen both vote in favour, very few people notice. Once Saudi Arabia declared, it was only a formality afterall.

The leaders of the new Pan-Islamic State remain behind to negotiate terms of governance.

    THE WORLD IS STUNNED.

  4. Iraq is next to vote. Should Iraq decline to join the league, the proposition will surely be severely weakened and influence the decisions of other regions.

All eyes are on the President of Iraq.

"Iraq has recently secured a great deal with the West. We ask, should we risk these deals?"

Erdogan places his head in his hands. He feels the proposition is about to slip away from him.

"But there no longer is risk! We have assurances directly from the US that all treaties shall still be respected, provided the pan-Islamic league remains neutral in world affairs. We are a proud Islamic nation, therefore why is it allowed to be a part of a united Muslim front? We vote 7-3 FOR the creation of the Islamic League!

Erdogan is shocked. The summit is shocked. The world is shocked.

    Iraq_President_6233.jpg

"This is a farce? Do you truly believe that the West will allow this? Kuwait remembers that the West came to its aid when it was attacked by fellow Islamic states. Damn your league to Hell! We vote against the proposition with all 10 votes, you simple minded fools!"

An eruption of anger from the Leader of Kuwait leaves the summit stunned.

Kuwait arrests opposition leader ahead of mass protest.jpg

Buoyed by the outburst by Kuwait, the King of Bahrain and the leaders of The United Arab Emirates promptly leave the summit, without voting either way - preferring to assess the situation once the dust has settled.

Is the tide turning yet again, that is 3 nations, albeit small nations, who have rejected the proposition.

  5. A foregone conclusion, President Erdogan announces:

"The Grand Ottoman Empire gives 10 Votes in favourthe proposition"

    turkey-riots-erdogan.jpg

"Due to the diversity of religious beliefs in Lebanon, we vote 7-3 AGAINST the proposition"

The Lebanese President swiftly leaves the conference to a chorus of dissenting voices.

    leb.jpg

Jordan is next to vote, King Abdullah takes the stand.

"Jordan sees that it is key to the safeguarding of the Middle East that a pro-Islamic League is formed. We award 10 votes FOR the proposition."

    King-Abdullah-of-Jordan.jpg

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa of Qatar is next to announce:

"Whilst we are sympathetic to the creation of a Pan-Islamic League, we cannot risk injuring our relationships with the West. Therefore Qatar votes 7-3 AGAINST the proposition."

President Erdogan is visibly shocked by this proclamation, he thought Qatar was certain to vote in favour.

  6. New begins to trickle in of a potential war between Russia & US, which ultimately is the NAA vs the AHA. The noise begins to rise, the Saudi Prince's are visibly ruffled. President Erdogan calls for calm and focus.

  7. PRESIDENT ERDOGAN ANNOUNCES MIDDLE EAST SUMMIT

Ottoman president Erdogan has announced a historic summit will take place in the coming days for the creation of a joint pro-Islamic military and political force as the West deploys it's military in the region yet again.

President Erdogan made the announcement on Sunday while reviewing Ottoman military maneuvers in New Kurdistan and Syria. He already has the backing of President Assad of Syria, the pro-Russian government of Egypt and the Sino-Republic state of Iran.

Saying that the crises in the Middle East  have reached an unprecedented danger, Erdogan said he “backs calls for a unified Islamic force” to confront regional security threats, chiefly from what he described as "colonial Empire making".

Erdogan added that there is an urgent need to filter the religious rhetoric of extremism & nationalism coming from the US and Europe, and whilst the US had rescinded it's ban on Islam, the EF had not. Erdogan also added that the simple fact that the US had passed racist legislation in the first place was cause enough to cause all Islamic States concern.

President Assad has recently being quoted as being "tired of foreign meddling into sovereign concerns" - a thinly veiled reference to the US foreign policy.

The fact that President Erdogan's call for calm and negotiations in Afghanistan have been unilaterally ignored by the US, and the rapid militarization of the US armed forces has been described as "hawkish" by the government of Iraq - who themselves have now grown long tired of US meddling.

The leaders of all unaligned Middle East nations have all acknowledged the call for a summit urgently - Israel was not invited.

It is thought that Erdogan proposes to turn the Middle East into a united front of Islam. It is not thought that it will be assimilated into TGOE, but instead have a new configuration.

Early Polls conducted today resulted in the following results:

    Jordan - 92% AGREE - 5% DISAGREE 3% NEUTRAL (3840 Jordanians polled)

    Syria - 96% AGREE - 2% DISAGREE 2% NEUTRAL (11201 Syrians polled)

    Turkey - 92% AGREE 4% DISAGREE 4% NEUTRAL (38492 Turks polled)

    Lebanon - 45% AGREE 37% DISAGREE  18% NEUTRAL (7263 Lebanese polled)

Kuwait  -59% AGREE 31% DISAGREE 10% NEUTRAL (2837 Kuwaitis polled)

Egypt  - 97% AGREE 1% DISAGREE 2% NEUTRAL (77192 Egyptians polled) - Egypt favours the move however would not be included

    Saudi Arabia - 76% AGREE 23% DISAGREE 1% NEUTRAL (19821 Saudi's polled)

    Oman - NO POLLING AVAILABLE

    U.A.E. - NO POLLING AVAILABLE

    Yemen - 82% AGREE 17% DISAGREE 1% NEUTRAL (1832 Yemenese polled)

Sino-Iran is also thought to favour the idea.

With the early polls suggesting the formation of a new Islamic League, it will be similar to the EF, with each individual nations remaining sovereign, with the Leaders of each state forming a Directorate. Internal affairs will be left to each State as long as they are progressive, whilst the military will be combined under the jurisdiction of the directorate. Ottoman Turkey & Syria will have the right the VETO any decisions made by the League, as will Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Each member of the directorate will have 1 vote each for military and major economic affairs, and to pass it must have the supports of 75% of the directorate.

    635969659124481714279563630_12723848-C186-4A7C-BD90-0697DE45B98C_cx10_cy2_cw87_mw1024_s_n_r1.jpg

The talks are heated - there is so much to discuss in so short a time. It will go to a vote made by officials from each country. Each country is said to have 10 votes, and a majority of +3 is needed to agree. It is clear that Lebanon has worries about Religion as it is the most diverse ethnically of all nations. The United Arab Emirates is sat on the fence, Kuwait is leaning towards remaining un-attached and Saudi Arabia wants promises on trade.

    More to follow...

Negotiation is pretty simple stay out of Afganistan.

We leave this matter to the Sino Republic to resolve, it is Sino authority that has been questioned.

    Signed

    Foreign Minister Tolan

  9. All 3 members of the AHA must agree to such a pact, however TGOE will not accept any such pact whilst HRE continues with its frankly insane Space Ballistic Policy. Should it reconsider, TGOE would endorse friendliness between our alliances.

    Signed

    Foreign Minister Tolan

  10. We are bemused by the logic of the US. The forces of the Sino Republic are already poised to advance on the border, the US would not be able to deploy any troops into the region before the Sino Republic OR Russia.

The US has already abandonned Afghanistan once in the recent past, you have no jurisdiction there.

We advise the US rethinks its stance on Afghanistan. We do not want Afghanistan to be an international warzone. TGOE supports a temporary halt to US and AHA plans in the region so the matter can be solved diplomatically.

    Signed

    Foreign Minister Tolan

  11. The Grand Ottoman Empire appreciates the US' change of stance on Islam, although it is still mistrustful and wonders why the sudden about turn?

We still condemn the EF for their stance on Islam and we would hope the US would put pressure on the EF to follow suit.

However for the time being we will continue to repatriate those American Turks who wish to return - many of whom are wary of America's sudden policy change.

Overall, we see this as a good step towards improving US-Ottoman relations.

    635796261676938646-TurkeyAFP-544918801.jpg

  12. The Grand Ottoman Empire finds it strange that the US is deploying war ships to the region. It is surely not welcome in the region after aggravating the Muslim world with its racist policies. American warships are not welcome in to operate in AHA waters (Syrian & Turkish in the Med & Egyptian in the Red). We reiterate American warships must remain out of AHA waters.

The Grand Ottoman Empire asks peacefully as we do not wish aggression with the US during delicate issues regarding American-Turk repatriation.

    erdogan-and-warship-300x159.jpg

  13. "The Grand Ottoman Empire" supports any military action taken by The Sino Republic. Any country that believes that it can harbour terrorists without impunity will shortly find out what it means to assasinate AHA politicians." said President Erdogan today at a press conference in Izmir today. "We hope that our allies will bot hold the civilians responsible for corrupt regimes, abd we are sure that The Sino Republic will bring peace and prosperity to the region. And to the citizens of The Grand Ottoman Empire, do not fear, Ottoman military units will remain on Ottoman territory," to applause "we are only throwing our diplomatic weight behind Sino actions."

The Ottoman 1st Army meanwhile is fully mobolized in Syria in a joint venture with loyalist forces to root out remaing rebel factions. Thus far there has been only small pockets of resistance. Some journalists believe that the AHA is attempting to tie up the Middle East - the heart of the worlds oil supply. It is rumoured that the 2nd Ottoman army is mobilizing on the Northern Iraq border.

  14. Syria Declares!

With anti-Islamist policies enforced by NAA, President Assad has formally applied to President Erdogan for protection. Syria is now recognised as a Protectorate State of TGOE. Assad remains in charge of the governence of Syria country, however he is bound to Ottoman policy making for the Empire as a whole. Syrian Kurdistan is now recognised as a Regional State of Turkey. The Turkish 1st Army will be deployed in the region to aid the transition period. Due to the threat from the West, most rebel agitators have agreed to a truce. A great day for Erdogan, TGOE, Syria, Islam and the AHA.

    649a570b0feee77abcff20a34a90efe96b424f8b.jpg

  15. The Grand Ottoman Empire recognises this Accord and hopes that the US and EF will not pursue anti-Islamist policies or interfere with AHA states and their protectorates. Despite key idealogical differences between the East and West we hope for a better, peaceful world, and will not seek to hinder the NA Accord unless they act against Ottoman intetests, chiefly in the Middle East.

    Signed

    Foreign Minister Tolan

  16. The Grand Bank of Istanbul

Following India's withdrawl from the AHA, Istanbul is the new location of the AHA Bank, making Istanbul the capital of commerce in the East. It will create 17 000 new jobs in the civil and banking services, and create jobs for Turkish building contractors. President Erdogan hails this as a landmark moment for TGOE. Construction of the buildings are ongoing, changing their initial purpose as new Goverment administration bureau.

    10_The_Metropol_Tower__Copyright_Metropol_Istanbul_1.jpg

  17. The Grand Ottoman Empire would like to formally praise the government for its stance on sovereignty. We apreciate the use of Algiers as a neutral venue. We are still waiting to hear from our Ambassador to Cyprus, who debarked on a diplomatic mission to speak with EF and Greek officials 3 weeks ago. We worry that his diplomatic immunity has been compromised.
