Military Part:
Article-I:
All nation signing Alpha Helix Accord will sign MDAP with each other and they will not have the right to sign any treaty apart from NAP with any other nation outside Alpha Helix Accord.
Article-II:
Participating Nations will create a new army taking reserve force of each of the army for emergency purpose and create joint fleets , airbases and baracks also they will have the right to use any of the participant's land/air/naval route in case of some war emergency.Participating nations will invest together for new military projects to create new military products quicker and of less price.Participants will share any intelligence information among each other.
Article-III:
Participants will store 10% of their GDP in the AHA bank for emergency war purpose.
Article-IV:
None of the participating nation will declare war on any other nation with out informing other nation's of AHA. This may lead to expell them from AHA.
Economics Part:
Article-I:
All nation will offer open border trade to each other. That is tax percentage onoutsider merchant will be same as the nation's own merchant.
Article-II:
All nation will start building Economic Corridor among them (both railways and roadways) to reduce the trade cost of each other by 10%
Addition Part: 
Only if the nation is agreed to follow the AHA and all the member state are agreed to take that nation in AHA only then new nation will be added to AHA.
Cancellation Part:
One nation can cancel AHA any time giving a notice of 72 hours.


Currently Signed by:
1. India
2.Russia
2.Sino Republic (China)

Currently AHA bank and all project works will be done by India
AHA Army , Arforce and Navy will be controled by Russia 
AHA FA and New recruitment Proposals will be done by Sino Republic.

This Bradely Johns Reporting from paris two big news for world today Russia applied to be a permanent member of UNSC in UNGA and the voting process started and Paris is decided to be the place for Un hq.

So all nations in UNGA is requested to Vote. 

So as many of you can see russia has submitted their application to join UNSC so we will ask all our members to vote for or vote against russia and if you guys have any question about their application you may ask here. Voting will be done for 36 hours and if russia gets atleast 5/6 th  or more vote of the total then this voting will go in UNSC. 

And yes our Role Play is started from now and do what ever you guys want to become the ruler of the world. 

So  as of the earlier vote it is clear that majority want's Paris to be UNGA hq. So I will like to shift all UN office to Paris. If @Patriot Girl (current ruler there) have no problem with it.
 

Russia is already a member of unga (anyone who joins rp is a member of unga). But for unsc I am starting the voting process soon

So it is violating Rule 3 you need to choose some other nation

You may start to build a chart of various project and it's cost like for the others I am already doing something but it will be great if you help for projects.

Well I think Some of you know it and it maybe new to some but we have taken this decision.
We are allowing each country to take another country and made it a part of the first one. 

But there are some rules to get a new nation and we are rigid to this rules and once selected you are not allowed to change your nation.

RULES:
1. You can not have 2 nation such that both of them has nuke
2. Both of the nation can not have active personnel more  than 500,000
3. Both nation can not have gdp per capita more than 10k USD 
Like if you take one with more than 10k then other has to be less than 10k

It may turns out to be merging of some big power like china has gdp per capita 6k so it can go for some big nation
But as I say RP is for fun so look at the situation carefully and choose your nation to get a great strategic and economic positioning over the world.

Also one more thing only those who have completed writing Factbook / atleast posted the factbook thread are allowed to take the second nation. For others finish the factbook and come back here.

Write your desired second nation name here we will give it to you if there is no problem otherwise we will request to change the nation

A Huge Modification By Bhuto:

Well so this is a try to make things clear in the current RP world market and make things balanced like if you have played RP in other places they hardly take care about resource and commercial production or their effect in millitary production those RP’s are basically army based and there is really nothing to do in it if you don’t have any huge army so to get rid of this problem and making this RP most unique (and may be a bit complicated) ever I have some ideas which I will use soon.

So what is my plan :

Well it is just a try to control the economic and army sector there are still many sector to deal with also any kind of suggestion is welcome, Also all cost calculation are done on yearly basis.

Power Plant:

Uranium Power Plant:
1 uranum power plant will give power for 1 million people and will cost $100k and 0.1 tons of uranium and 1k member

Oil Power Plant:
1 oil power plant will give power to 100k people and will cost $50k and 2000 lit of oil. And 1k member.

Commercial Sector:

1 IT comp. will give $20,000,000 and  will also need 3k member

Resource Sector:

1 resource production factory can produce 0.001% of the last year world production of that resource and will need $1mil to run and 2k member  and 0.001% of the respected raw products last year world production.

Steel =  iron
Alum= bauxite
Gas= Oil

Military Sector:

1 ground army factory will give  500 unit of some specific ground unit and will cost $3 mil to run and need 1k member and 1k tons of steel , 1k tons of alum , 1k lit gas

1 aircraft making factory will give 200 unit of some specific unit and will cost $3 mil to run and will need 2k member and 1k tons of steel , 2k tons of alum , 1k lit gas

1 naval factory will give 50 unit of some specific product will need $5 mil to run and 5k member and 5k tons of steel , 5k tons of alum , 5k lit of gas


Food Sector:

food production maximum = (land area in sq km - 1,000) unit where 1 food is needed for 1k people and farm will need $x,000,000 to upkeep if production is <= x,000,000 unit

Raw Products:
For Raw Product we will use real life data from wikipedia.



YOU CAN HAVE ATMAX (YOUR AVAILABLE LABOUR FORCE/5,000 FACTORIES.)

So after reading this please fill up the google form it is needed to create stability and transparency over world market.

New GDP = GDP earlier + Revenue through the above process + money gained through selling stuffs - money lost for buying stuffs

Now Let me give an easy example one nation it has 60 million labour force hence it can go for  12,000 factory at max let he decided to go only for IT sector he will have net revenue of 12,000 * 20 mil = 240 billion USD

So this will help to maintain / Increase GDP

Well so clearly our RP is started in a pretty good manner but lot of things to be done so I will like to have suggestions from others here.

Like as I have taken one of the suggestion of taking data from http://www.globalfirepower.com/countries-listing.asp here anyone making new factbook can take data from here.
Also at this moment 1 month in real life = 1 year in RP and this is the end of 2016

I have decided a number of changes :

1. Second nation choice

2. Making a transparent global market and balanced economic structure.

3. Making sub-sub-forum for each individual countries to make things simple  and making a global news centre forum

4. Making a turn based system (1 turn = 1 week in real life) for economy , trade and stuffs 

2 and 4 will take time probably mid or end of november but  1 and 3 will be done soon.
